What is Reiki?
Rei means the spiritual wisdom and higher intelligence that guides the creation and functioning of the universe. Ki, the universal life force, is the non-physical energy that animates all living things. Reiki is a natural healing technique which promotes relaxation and accelerates the body's natural ability to heal itself.
When your life force (energy) is low or, if there is a restriction in its flow, you will be vulnerable to illness. Reiki removes restrictions and restores your energy. When this happens, your energy is high and flows freely, creating space for health, vitality, and well-being.

Reiki Level 1
Level 1 is an introduction to Reiki and open to anyone with any level of knowledge. It includes an overview of Reiki's history, self-practice and focuses on opening energy channels.
You will receive an attunement during this class, enabling you to channel Reiki energy to yourself and others.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for the session?
Yes, 1 hour of the 8 hours is home study. To be completed prior to the class. Once you have booked, I will get in touch
Cancellation Policy
Fees paid for courses or treatments are non-refundable. They may be held in credit, or transferred to another name, and must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase after which time they are forfeited. Any rescheduling less than 7 days before the class will result in the forfeiture of a $100 fee.
