Step 1: Approval Before completing this recording appointment, please ensure that you have submitted your Guest Application Form and that your topic has been approved. Step 2: Availability Select your preferred date and time for your appearance. Our calendar offers a range of available slots to fit your schedule, but please make sure that you book at least 4 days in advance to give us sufficient time to assess and confirm your booking. If you have any specific timing requirements, please mention them in the provided space. Please note that sessions are 90 minutes and although not all recordings will take this long, you should be prepared to commit to the full session should technical difficulties arise. Confirmation and Next Steps Once you submit your booking request, our team will review the information you provided. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid having to pay in full. Any cancellation or rescheduling less than 48 hours before the session will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. Fees paid for courses or treatments are non-refundable. They may be held in credit, or transferred to another name, and must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase after which time they are forfeited.
