By purchasing and/or using this gift certificate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. This gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and holds no cash value.

  2. All purchases of gift certificates are nonrefundable.

  3. The gift certificate is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. After this period, the certificate will expire and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

  4. No cash back will be given on the unused portion of the gift certificate. However, any remaining amount may be used toward a future service or purchase, subject to the expiration date.

  5. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced or refunded.
